Our employees can do their job to the best of their ability through the adequate training and instruction that the Educational Institute offers.The Educational Institute also provides education in the areas of management, communication, customer service, dementia, ergonomics, life skills, clinical skills, leadership and many other areas that help equip our staff with the essential tools needed in handling the complex issues facing the elderly today. Many of these seminars can help you grow within the organization as well as learn about new trends in the world of gerontology.
